While weave products on display at SOLEX overall have been greatly reduced on previous years, Woodlodge have seriously increased their weave appeal by offering 6 colours of weave.

Stuart Whalley of Woodlodge told SOLEX Sun: "Rather than saying weave only comes as you see it, at Woodlodge we've always offered a choice. But this year we've offered an even greater choice.

"For the last three years we've had two weave options. Now we have six, so that what that allows is each retailer to select their colour that suits their demographic. They know their customers best, so they can then tailor it to their customer and be almost exclusive.

"South of Birmingham it's more the lighter colours and then we have customers much further north and across in Ireland that will go for the darker colours.

"The concept has been very well received because we offer breadth of choice."
