New to our range this year is the Complete Outdoor Kitchen now with a Dome Oven making a comprehensive outdoor cooking unit.
The Complete Outdoor Kitchen provides oven-cooking for baking and roasting, a preparation area as well as an open fire for stews, soups and stir-fries in the hanging bowl, grilling on the rack and a purpose-built hook for roasting joints of meat over the flame. You can even brew mulled wine on the open fire to sip while you cook.
The Dome Oven has our unique turntable feature allowing 360 degree-turning without the need for opening the door. Our sleek rounded oven boasts large internal fire tray allowing for greater fuel capacity creating opportunity for slow cooking as well as 4-minute pizzas too.
The Dome Oven is available on its own, with its personal stand or, as part of our Complete Outdoor Kitchen.
Another addition is the Plancha fire pit. Originating in South America, increasingly popular plancha style cooking differs from grilling or barbecuing, in that it uses high temperatures to quickly sear to seal-in flavours and reduce the need for oils and fats. Food is cooked in just a few minutes instead of the more usual half an hour.
The Plancha fire pit by Firepits UK has a large, heavy-duty removeable grilling ring so there is no shortage of cooking space and also comes with a central swing arm BBQ rack perfect for serving from and keeping food warm.
Also show-cased at Solex this year was our brand-new range of outdoor Wood Burners that barbecue too. Our innovative Wood Burner BBQs come in a choice of three sizes and are equipped with a wide range of features giving the opportunity to experiment with different recipes and techniques. They take the traditional indoor wood burner outdoors to provide endless nights of warmth, socialising and barbequed foodie goodness right through the year.
