LifestyleGarden® bringing SOLEX buzz to its customers with revamped showroom
The Covid-19 pandemic might, sadly, be forcing exhibitions to be cancelled, but that doesn’t mean suppliers of garden furniture such as LifestyleGarden® are kicking back and relaxing – far from it! In fact, the team at LifestyleGarden® has taken significant steps to hold its very own ‘SOLEX’ event at its newly revamped showroom in Basildon, Essex, throughout summer 2020.
Open to new and existing customers, access to the redesigned 14,000 sq ft showroom will be strictly by appointment only, supported by a dedicated member of the sales team to help talk buyers through all the product USPs and the incredible stories that shape the LifestyleGarden® ranges. From recycled chairs that are helping to remove deadly plastic from the world’s oceans, to new material innovation that is setting a new standard for sustainability, the ranges on offer will provide retailers with an exciting and unique opportunity, one which will demonstrate to their own customers their desire to support brands that are driven to protect the long-term future of our planet.
New product ranges for the 2021 season will, of course, take centre stage including most notably an expansion of the DuraOcean® range. Made from recycled ocean plastic waste, this industry-first scooped the SOLEX Best New Product award in 2019 and has since garnered legions of fans thanks to its sleek design which does not compromise on its mission to protect the future of marine life. To date, the DuraOcean® has helped to remove over 32,500 kgs of plastic debris from the oceans. New designs will be unveiled soon.
For those retailers who aren’t yet ready to make the journey to LifestyleGarden®’s showroom they need not worry, as the company has confirmed that it will also be introducing new video guided tours of the facilities and product profiles. Additionally, LifestyleGarden® will be introducing industry-leading AI and virtual imagery which will provide buyers with incredibly detailed access to each product.
Recognising the fact that things need to be done a little differently as a result of recent events, the LifestyleGarden® team has confirmed that its showroom will be subject to strict COVID-Secure guidelines, making it a safe and comfortable place for buyers to browse the current award-winning ranges and new product introduction ahead of the 2021 season.

Whilst we can’t get together at exhibitions and events this year, we can throw open the doors of our showroom to showcase all the fantastic work we have been undertaking during the last 12 months, including some incredibly exciting new products that will create real buzz when they hit retailers in early 2021.
“We also appreciate that recent events will have impacted the way many retailers are thinking about the remainder of the 2020 season and ahead to 2021, which is why our team will be on hand to assist with any queries they might have, whether during a visit to the showroom or ongoing via other communication channels. We’re anticipating an extension of the season to align with ongoing lockdown measures and an increase in staycations, which is why our showroom will remain an essential hub throughout the summer and into early autumn.
