With home entertaining and urban living on the up, Cadac continues to invest in its premium range of barbecues to suit all sizes of outdoor space, with the introduction of its new electric E-Braai 40 (SRP £XXX)
The first electric barbecue to come from Cadac, the E-Braai barbecue is a part of the leading Citi Chef 40 range and combines authentic barbecue flavour with maximum convenience – simply plug in and grill.

Perfect for apartments where fire restrictions limit the use of gas barbecues, the E-Braai 40 with a heat-resistant frame, uses mains electricity as the power source.
The cooking temperature can be pre-set thanks to innovative auto-control features, and a digital display accurately displays the Grill Plate temperature via a sensitive probe that sits underneath the Grill Plate.

This compact BBQ is easy to stow and has a range of drop-in modular cooking surfaces available to really bring out the gourmet in you. Along with the award-winning Citi Chef 50 (SRP £330) and extended range of Citi Chef 40 (SRP £220) barbecues, this range is designed with urban living in mind.
Alongside its urban range, Cadac’s Meridian Built-In range of 3 and 4 burner barbecues will be returning for 2021. The outdoor kitchen trend has taken al fresco dining to a new level and the sleek European design of the Meridian Built-In BBQ (SRP from £450) will make it the pinnacle of any outdoor entertaining area. With innovative design the Meridian Built-In requires no assembly plus a removable fat tray simply pulls out from the front of the unit, meaning it can be placed anywhere. As the outdoor kitchen trend continues to grow, huge consumer demand is expected to continue for 2021.
Cadac barbecues offer a unique style with a premium finish, there is no China badge slapping in sight, and are all supported by an extensive POS programme and UK based warranty support. To find out more go to www.cadacinternational.com/uk.
